Our hotel is home to many guests who have chosen to stay here; we therefore ask that you respect and treat it as if it were your own home. For a harmonious cohabitation, we ask you to observe not only the rules dictated by law but also those dictated by common sense and mutual respect. Your cooperation is essential to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, for our structure and staff, and for the environment in which it is located. Our staff is at your complete disposal for any need to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

• a) Check-out is from 08:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., with key return;
• b) If you plan to leave before 08:00 a.m., please kindly inform us the day before;
• c) After the indicated check-out hours, the full room rate for one day or a supplement to be agreed with the Management will be charged to the client;
• d) In case of early departure compared to the booking period, the client must pay the full agreed amount at the time of booking;
• e) Upon departure, the hotel staff will inspect the rooms, and any damage costs will be charged to you.

Guests are responsible for and liable to compensate for damages caused by them or by persons or animals under their responsibility. Please report any damage or malfunction you notice in your room upon check-in. Any damages found later will be attributed to you.

Keys must be left on the board at the reception every time you leave the hotel. The breakage or loss of the key will be charged with a minimum amount of € 5.00 for duplication. The loss of the keychain will be charged with a minimum amount of € 20.00.

All areas and rooms of the Hotel are covered by Wi-Fi service, the code of which will be provided at the reception.

After the reception closes, access to the hotel is allowed through a secondary door. Upon check-in, you will be given a key to access it all night. It is absolutely FORBIDDEN to let unregistered persons stay in the room.

During your stay, please try to safeguard the natural environment by making rational use of water and electricity: avoid leaving taps open or air conditioners and lights on when not needed or when you leave your rooms.

During the stay, the bedrooms and bathrooms are cleaned daily, so we kindly ask our guests to vacate the rooms by 11:00 a.m.; otherwise, cleaning will be done the following day. Remember that the key must be displayed on the board at the reception. Otherwise, the room will not be cleaned. If you do not need room cleaning, please hang the "do not disturb" sign.

To protect the environment, linen (sheets and towels) is changed every 3 days. If you want an early change, each single change will be charged as a supplement at the cost of:

• Sheets: € 5.00 per set
• Towels: € 6.00 per person

It is strictly forbidden to take hotel linen, which is for exclusive use in the rooms, to the beach. In case of missing/stained/damaged linen, we will be forced to charge it to your account.

Check at the reception if the breakfast service is active and any costs. Served from 08:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in the main hall. It is not allowed to take any food or drink outside the breakfast room; everything must be consumed inside. Supplement for Breakfast in Room: € 5.00

Our hotel does not have private parking. If you want to park your car near the hotel, we have an agreement with public parking lots. Check with reception for information and costs. Please inform the exact number plate to the reception; in case of errors, the staff assumes no responsibility.

Takes place every Wednesday along Via Buonarroti and every Thursday along Via Roma. In case of a fine, the hotel assumes no responsibility.

We are not responsible in any way for your property left unattended in the rooms. Therefore, please do not leave valuables unattended inside. A safe is available in each room, where you can store small items or money.

Guests are asked to maintain respectful behavior within the structure during their entire stay. Please do not slam doors but close them gently; if you return to your room late, please close your room door quietly so as not to disturb those who are already asleep. It is forbidden to smoke, use drugs, or throw objects from room balconies.

For public security reasons, guests are not allowed to let other people access the accommodations at any time. External people are not allowed to enter. Family or friend visits must be authorized by the Management, and the visitor must leave an identity document at the Management office, which will be returned upon exit from the hotel. Any persons hosted in the same room but not declared at the time of booking or arrival will be charged to the booking holder with a 40% surcharge on the daily rate, and the Management reserves the right to report to the authorities all unauthorized persons found within the hotel.

The maximum number of extra beds and cribs depends on the accommodation. Available upon request and confirmation by the hotel:

• € 10 per night for children under 2 years old;
• € 30 per night for children aged 2 years and older.

The hotel accepts pets with a supplement, upon request. For hygiene reasons and due to potential allergies from other clients, pets are only allowed in certain rooms and certain areas. It is forbidden to use bed and bath linen for the pet. It is strictly forbidden to leave pets alone in the rooms during the entire stay. Pet owners accept full responsibility for any damages caused by their pets. All operations necessary to restore environmental hygiene in the rooms occupied by the pet are the customer's responsibility. If traces are found on beds or linen, the cost of the contaminated item will be charged to the customer.
